Und nur selten werden sie konstruktiv verarbeitet, was den Stresslevel im System erh\u00f6hen kann &#8211; oft auch zu Lasten der Gesundheit der Beteiligten.<\/p><p>In einem von Innosuisse gef\u00f6rderten Forschungsprojekt wurde in drei grossen IT Organisationen untersucht, wie Konflikte in agilen Teams souver\u00e4n(er) bew\u00e4ltigt und konstruktiv(er) bearbeitet werden k\u00f6nnen. In diesem Beitrag geben die Forscher einen\u00a0 Einblick in die
